I don’t because I don’t want to. I don’t want to because:

• I don’t like fishnets (I am not a fish).
• Tails (just no).
• Short shorts are uncomfortable, and they make you look like you’re pulling a Donald Duck if you have a long shirt.
• I can’t fathom a sweater being that shrunken—it would be too tight; I like breathing.
• My thigh is not a place for a random circulation-restricting belt.
• Random chains and buckles cause movement to be noisy.
• I would be cold if I had my entire torso exposed.

My advice is to dress in what’s comfortable.

I look like a displaced 5 foot five viking and prefer to wear clothes that keep my skin from burning so khaki, camo, and suede. That is why, also id probably just be uncomfortable, I don’t like folks looking at me as a baseline, even if I was a twink I’d still dislike the concept.
