“The Supreme Court just nullified the 5th and 14th amendments, in illegal ruling.”

Headline is incorrect, it’s stripped everyone of their due process rights

“justices in the majority did not explain why they decided this case the way they did.” oh great. another precedent thrown out.

This is the problem I’ve always had with precedent. It’s not law. It’s just “well these other judges did it this way so I guess I will too.”

If we’re waiting to revolt now would be a good time to stop waiting and just do.

Some leaders lead from the rear. I’m not saying that’s what’s happening here, but I admit I often worry about it whenever someone says “time to revolt” or similar.

Who CARES? The ONLY part of the Constitution that the Founders MEANT was the One that LETS US MURDER CHILDREN IN SCHOOL! EVERY other Amendment they COULDNT know what the Future held and would OBVIOUSLY Eliminate any Rights they Accidentally gave us! EXCEPT the Right to Shoot up Schools!

Soon they’ll remove due process for citizens, too.

There’s effectively no difference. You can claim you’re a citizen all you want, but if an ICE agent disagrees, you’re not entitled to a hearing/trial to prove it.

Doesn’t matter if you’re born here if they don’t let you get your birth certificate

100% of Ice kidnappings are legal US citizens until proven otherwise in a court of law.

If there exists a class that does not have due process, then none of us truly have due process.

This is a temporary thing so any public outrage may actually sway a final decision made by the court?

SCOTUS is currently a corrupt, illegitimate institution. There is no “swaying” them from their anti-democratic, anti-Constitutional agenda.

Well with that attitude why waste time talking about it? There’s obviously nothing anyone can do.
