Ei kenelläkään pitäisi olla ydinasetta. En kuitenkaan ihan purematta niele sitä, että juuri nyt Iranin asekehitys on siinä kriittisessä pisteessä, että aseellinen väliintulo on välttämätön. Kun tuosta ydinaseohjelmasta on meuhkattu ja peloteltu jo varmaan ainakin kaksikymmentä vuotta, alkaa koko homma tuntua yhtä oikeutetulta syyltä ryhtyä tappamaan ihmisiä kuin Saddamin joukkotuhoaseet aikanaan. Terrorismin kohdalla varmaan taas tärkeintä olisi jollain aikavälillä saada koston kierteet loppumaan, ja vaikka Iranin hallinnon väkivaltainen poistaminen vähentäisi valtiojohtoista terrorismin varustamista ja rahoitusta hetkellisesti, ei se varmasti vähennä syitä niiden terroristien olemassaoloon yhtään. Ellei sitten tapeta vaan kaikkia terroristin näköisiä, mikä varmaan joidenkin tavoite onkin.

Iranin rajojen ulkopuolella tärkeintä on saada Iranin ydinaseohjelma ja tuki terrorismille päättymään.

Terrorismin vähentäminen sotimalla onkin toiminut historiallisesti todella hyvin… Ydinaseen tavoittelemisesta taas ei voi Yhdysvaltojen silmätikuksi joutunutta maata varsinaisesti syyttää kun joku pelote hyökkäysten ehkäisemiseksi olisi varmasti hallinnon mielestä mukava, mutta eihän se tietysti mitään autakaan kun pelotteen rakentamisen aloittamista käytetään sitten syynä hyökätä kuitenkin. Paskaa kaikki, kusipäitä hallinto täynnä jokaisessa osapuolessa, vituttaa ihmiskunta.

When I studied German a bit for fun I gave up on trying to memorize the genders and just used “das” for everything. Yeah it’s wildly incorrect but still mostly understandable which is fine for me.
