Not sure how I was able to tolerate it for a long time but I hate it there. The traffic is so bad that if you have lots of luggage, you still have to walk and carry them because of traffic especially the holiday season.

The “AI translation” feature here has been on Firefox for years now. It was once an extension then just baked in to Firefox. So it was always enabled by default that automatically translates a site if it found a compatible language and it is on-device so doesn’t use the cloud. They just added the “AI” label recently I guess to appease a certain demographic. I guess there are other people who really relate AI to being bad. But guys, these have been ON firefox for a long time, just renamed as an AI feature.

I don’t recommend disabling the on-device translations and speech to text feature. Yes, they are “AI” but they are the good on-device offline AI services that are actually useful. Without the on-device translation feature, you’ll have to rely on web based Google Translate. Same with the speech to text feature.

Unfortunately i have to link to reddit but as you can see, the GPU can handle the graphics. But if you do a certain action like switch an item, the game freezes. I think this could be due to a CPU spike.

Not sure, if it is a GPU problem only then it will just be FPS drops. But for my case, the game freezes at specific intervals and doesn’t do any thing even if I tap anywhere on the screen. It may sometimes be even playing (the graphics) but I can’t change items, probably because the CPU cannot handle something somewhere.

With the new vibrant visuals and ray tracing features on bedrock, midrange devices cannot keep up.

I believe the power can be used with Android’s Desktop Mode, or even Android’s current multitasking capabilities like multi-window and pop-up window.

We’ll see upon release on how the Linux environment works on Android Aluminium OS whether it will finally be good enough for the stuff you mentioned. Part of the reason I read before was that Qualcomm was not enabling a necessary feature on their Snapdragon chips necessary to achieve a secure Linux terminal within Android. Although I am not very knowledgeable about these stuff.

With the introduction of Android apps and Crostini on Chromebook, the previous hardware seems to have been outgrown by its software. I think the focus to good hardware now is a correction to that.

The best way to watch Forgotten Island is in Trinoma A Giant. Pair the big screen with 3D visuals and Dolby Atmos sound, the film feels so much better. I have already experienced 3D before, especially in IMAX at MOA for Wicked For Good and it was a blurfest that was very annoying to watch. Forgotten Island’s 3D works so well as it adds depth to the really great visuals. Dolby Atmos also makes the movie feel better as it has so much background sound effects, the traditional cinema may drown the important conversations and give it less impact. Also, the seats at Trinoma are not full. I hope Avengers Endgame Encore doesn’t replace its schedule at A giant yet as there is barely anyone watching even if it’s a weekend.

Not really. Google can only be as good if it actually has good stuff it can surface you. You can’t find something that does not exist.

AFAIK, it’s still possible to upload content that can be demonitized if you really don’t care about monetization. The video will not be deleted, it will just be demonitized. However, creators don’t want to get demonitized so they bow down. There is still freedom just as long it’s not some extreme stuff.
