Sure, it’s not. But then overcrowding, poor urban planning, zoning, and rampant unrestricted development for years have made the city a place with some uncertainty.

Not sure how I was able to tolerate it for a long time but I hate it there. The traffic is so bad that if you have lots of luggage, you still have to walk and carry them because of traffic especially the holiday season.
It’s why some people now bypass Baguio for Sagada or lesser known destinations.
