“bitch, change this dumbass law or I pull the plug on your media and financing” and then w/e president he just called does the thing.
So he calls Putin and says his PAC needs another round of funding?

“The guy who is no longer in power stops doing the thing he promised to do while in power and can no longer do even if he wanted to. News at 11.”
Also: OMG why is the other guy doing the thing he promised he’d do if he got into power??? I thought he was “just saying things”???
That’s a great fantasy, but New York doesn’t have the death penalty, and he didn’t commit a federal crime. He won’t get the death penalty, he’ll likely get first degree murder and serve 30-life assuming they can show he targeted the actual victim and it wasn’t just the first person he saw that looked like they might be a UHG executive.
There is no planet on which UHC or anyone else wanted to be forced to cover patients with pre-existing conditions at anything resembling a reasonable cost.
Do I think Obama gave up way too much in negotiations? Absolutely. Do I think you’re a moron if you think this was “all part of private insurance’s master plan”? Absolutely.
There’s a reason Trump keeps talking about “replacing” Obamacare. And it’s not just his ego, private insurance wants it gutted.
There are millions of people right? What the fuck is so special about that one that we need to excuse them for preying on children?
What’s special is they’re a republican, and there is dirt on them, which means they can be controlled. In a vacuum, nothing is special about Matt Gaetz. He’s a goblin looking fratbro who by all accounts has a pretty annoying personality. His special power is having a father who is also a politician and a penchant for banging underage girls which his donors and peers can use to control his actions.
If you’re looking for the most morally reprehensible person in the room, just seek out the one who can’t stop injecting their religion into every unrelated conversation.
because in the long term the right will bail after Trump and leave a party so weak that it probably won’t be able to fight off the memory of Trump
Look at this optimist still assuming there’s going to be another election and that a republican party actually matters. The supreme court has already ruled he can’t be held liable for anything he does while president if it’s an “official act” - if you think he won’t try “officially” ending the public choosing the next president, you might be in for a rude awakening.
Who would have thought giving trillions in Tax refunds to billionaires would result in the rest of the population being worse off?!??? And the nerve of Biden using policy to stop the runaway inflation Trump caused! Don’t worry, those people are all about to find out what real pain is when the cost of things start reflecting trumps proposed tariffs…
In their defense, he’ll “handle” Gaza. It turns out his “handling” is just the annihilation of any Arab within 1,000 miles of Gaza. But at least they can rest easy knowing that they “sent a message”?
“If I can’t get universal healthcare, I’ll vote for the end of all social services and democracy as we know it. That’ll show em!”
This guy has been a piece of shit his whole life.

That’s because Facebook is selling your data and access to advertise to you. The better AI gets across the board, the more money they make. AI isn’t the product, you are.
OpenAI makes money off selling AI to others. AI is the product, not you.
The fact facebook release more code, in this instance, isn’t a good thing. It’s a reminder how fucked we all are because they make so much off our personal data they can afford to give away literally BILLIONS of dollars in IP.
Jill Stein doesn’t know how many members of the House there are in Congress. 600?!?!
There is a 100% chance that Trump couldn’t name how many members there are in the house. I’d be shocked if he could list the branches of government without help.
note I’m not saying that’s acceptable. But if that’s your test for “is this a serious candidate” I hate to be the bearer of bad news…
I’m a republican, I was the throat goat until Ronnie made an honest(ish?) woman out of me. Now I assume all other women are ho’s and make all my life decisions based on this false assumption.
See: welfare mother who keeps having kids to get rich??? or something?
“Why would I vote for a primary party candidate who supports ranked choice voting when I can just throw my vote away on a third-party candidate that will never be elected? I’ve got principles!”
My .02? There’s a large swath of “conservative” women who like the idea of going to church, being a stay-at-home mom, and having a husband that goes to work every day and provides for them. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that life.
But what they found out is the guys espousing that lifestyle actually want to treat their wife as property. There was a solid 30 years of momentum building around “maybe I don’t want to have a two-income household, maybe I just want to be a mom”. Unfortunately, while the women were thinking “we’re partners in this household, I take care of the meals and the kids, you take care of making money” - the dudes were thinking “I own you, you do what I want, I do what I want, if you talk back, I’ll put you in your place”.
a federal abortion ban as president, despite his statements denying support for these things
They straight up asked him the question, and he refused to answer it. So, she didn’t tell a “half truth” - he literally refused to say he would veto a national ban when directly given the opportunity to do so.
As for project 2025, it’s his playbook. Whether or not he will specifically call it that, doesn’t change the fact it’s how he wants to dismantle the federal government.
Yeah, but she’s simultaneously so powerful that she convinced several elected officials in New York to risk prison time by attacking one of her political opponents in exchange for…? Nothing? And oh by the way, he wasn’t her actual political opponent when the prosecution started, 4D chess over there.
But also so stupid she couldn’t pass the bar exam and can’t form a complete sentence without a teleprompter.
Get with it folks!
Initial reports, and rock-solid evidence to bring to court to try an elected sitting congressman are two VERY different things. 18 months is rarely enough time to do discovery and complete a trial for a murder with multiple eye-witnesses.
Hell, the Parkland Shooting, where he admitted to doing it and pleaded guilty took over 3 YEARS to come to conclusion. Gaetz would have been fighting tooth and nail to ride it out to the next administration who would promptly try to drop the case.
