Now dude, if you had to eat crickets/grasshoppers, you have to admit frying them with chilies and scooping guac with them has to be the best option. Spicy, crunchy, full of protein, gluten free!

haha I remember going to Mexican restaurants as a kid in Texas and thinking it was a fancy place if they served food in a molcajete 😅 they’re pretty common in Mexico… this is bar food at a place in Coyoacan
I mean the food specifically. I’d get all my protein from insects if it was affordable.
Molcajete, dol sot… If it comes in a hot bowl it is fancy.
