Is this a joke about missing the start of a concert because you’re in the portopotty at an outdoor music festival? Because that’s how I read it.
I’ve never seen it but I believe Kemosabe is the nickname for the Lone Ranger used by his companion Tanto, the joke here I think is the episode is starting and he’s still in the bathroom.
