I’m the naked neighbour

I try to make sure that nobody is adversely affected by my naturist lifestyle. It was easier in my last apartment, because now I’m on the ground floor

Occasionally I forget a window shade, but people don’t walk past my apartment and as soon as I realise that I have left something open, I get right on it

Exhibitionism isn’t bad in itself, but it should always be with consent

I’ll happily be naked around people who are consenting, but I’m disgusted by people who want to “get caught”, because they’re inflicting themselves on others

I’ve thrown parties where literally everyone was naked, but I made sure that no neighbours were affected

Teenage me was blessed by FOUR women in two apartments. Two, I think lesbians, had the habit of walking around topless. My mother joked that my father would develop a neck problem trying to cook and look at the same time.

The other two were in an apartment below and I had full view of the bedroom. One girl would simply change clothes with the curtains open. The other would have full blown sex, once in a while being verbal “oh I’m gonna cum!!!”.

Nice times.

Not in a long while. And, most of it was not very interesting, just naked people living. Like a neighbor we had waaaaay out in the country that would mow topless since we (me and my best friend) were the only ones that would be able to see, and she just did not care. She knew my friend was gay, and didn’t believe I wasn’t lol. Boring stuff like that.

Here, our neighbors are as protected by our fence and trees as we are. You can’t really see in or out without doing some serious planning.

But, before the fence, there was a nice couple that lived next door that, I think, wanted to be seen.

The way their bedroom was set up, there was a space between the bed and their window, enough to walk in, get dressed and undressed in, etc. And it was tall enough that anyone standing in front of it was visible from the knees up. The guy was taller than me, and his head was still visible.

Thing is, it was only visible from part of our yard, and two of our windows. One of those windows is higher, maybe ten feet up at the bottom, but you can see each other well if someone is in their window and ours. No mistaking it. That window never had blinds or curtains because it’s a half bath that only gets used when the main one is in use. Bad lighting, little use, so just leave the window clear, right?

Anyway, more than once, I’d be out mowing, or whatever, and one of them would wave from their bedroom window. And I know they knew the bathroom window in our house had clear visibility because she had asked what kind of plant was in the window.

Well, she would almost always change clothes in front of her window. Since she had to bring them to that side of the bed, it was a choice, not convenience. It took more effort. And they’d have sex on that side of the bed more other than not. Sometimes with one or both of them facing the window. A couple of times, I’m pretty sure she was looking up at our bathroom window, and when she saw movement, she would get extra animated.

Anyway, they lived there for years. After a while, it was just something that happened, you know? Like seeing squirrels burying acorns, you don’t really notice it after a while.

However, towards the end of their residence, they seemed to get a little more into the exhibitionism. One day, I was out working on my car, and she waved at me through the window. I waved back, and kept working. Next time I look that direction, she’s blowing him while he’s leaned back on the bed, facing the window. He smiles and grabs her head and they get more energetic.

Believe it or not, I’m not much of a voyeur. I enjoy seeing naked people, and I even enjoy watching people have sex to an extent. But, it doesn’t turn me on necessarily. It’s usually just interesting rather than arousing.

But, he’s enjoying her work, and it was interesting, so I smiled a bit and went back to what I was doing (spark plugs, wires, and general maintenance). But I’d glance over here and there, figuring that if they enjoy knowing they’re visible, it would be un-neighborly to completely ignore them. One of those things where it didn’t offend me, it wasn’t visible randomly, and they were good neighbors, so it didn’t bother me that they didn’t make sure I was okay with being an audience. Normally, you don’t involve others in your kink without consent, but exhibitionism is difficult to do that with; and as I said, we all knew that there was visibility, so did they really need to ask ahead of time?

So, over the next hour or so, they made a show of it. As shows go, I’m kinda sad I’m not voyeur. They put the effort in, and towards the middle of it, dropped any pretense that it wasn’t intentional. She got pretty loud, and was showing off when I’d look that way, smile and rub herself. Tbh, it partially broke through. It started to be arousing and distracting. I still had work to do, so I couldn’t/didn’t want to just kick back and watch, but I did glance over more often.

At one point, there was bumping on the window, and I look over to see her taking a mouthful of semen, her hand tapping and moving on the glass. She looked over and swallowed, with a smile. I thought that would be the end, but the guy kept going, and so did she. She bent over, facing towards the head of their bed, and he was going in from behind.

Towards the end, she was laid back, and he was taking her with his ass towards the window. I looked away for a while, because that wasn’t as interesting lol. I don’t object to male nudity, and I’ve had sex in the same room as other guys, but it isn’t something I’ll just watch if there isn’t a good reason.

I look back, and it’s just her laid there, open and playing with herself as semen was dripping out of her. She was watching me and smiled again when I looked that way. She waved at me with the hand she’d been using, so I waved back. I guess that was all the applause she wanted, because she just flopped back and laid there for a bit. Next time I looked over, she was gone.

After that day, they were extra friendly, and would sometimes ask if I was going to be working outside any time soon. When the answer was yes, they’d ask when, and I’d tell them. A couple of times, they’d ask if I could do it earlier or later. One of those times, I asked if they wanted a specific time because the noise would bother them. They did request a time, but said they were just curious rather than worried about noise, saying they used loud yard work as a chance to do noisy jobs of their own.

In other words, they essentially asked for consent, and I gave it within the range of practicality. But when they’d put on a show, it was still them pretending not to know it was a show rather than a random thing they were seen. I got the impression that they liked the idea of being seen and the “risk” of being caught, and not so much just the idea of being watched. I mean, if that’s what they wanted, they probably would have asked. It isn’t like we didn’t know what was going on. In any case, maybe once a month, or every few weeks, they’d do their thing, and I’d do whatever job I had to take care of with some light entertainment.

That last winter they were there, I got the bright idea to mention to them that it was so nice to be watering my plants in the evening and look at the holly tree out the window. Said tree being a few feet away from their window. So, twice, they took advantage of that and did their thing. The one time, dude was wearing a santa hat lol.

Really nice folks. Way better than the folks that live there now. Well, the new people are nice enough, just not the sort to have a talk with or share recipes and whatnot. Less neighborly, rather than less nice. I’m not exactly a big talker most times, but it was cool knowing that if I was out sitting under the oak, chances were there’d be a little chat, maybe some planning for a neighborhood event or whatever. Now, it’s a nod and wave, if the new folks notice anyone around at all different vibe. And, you know, no window sex lol.

Ngl, I was a bit nervous they might try and invite me into things, or otherwise request something I wasn’t willing to do. I’m kink friendly, but I’m pretty vanilla in my personal preferences in that regard. Would have been awkward turning it down. Not that I’ve never tried three ways and such, but I knew it wasn’t and isn’t my thing by that point. And I’ve never shared a woman with anyone that wasn’t a very close friend, and would never, no matter whether I was sharing them with a man or a woman.

I liked them well enough, and they were both very attractive, but it just isn’t my thing. If we’d been friends rather than just friendly neighbors, I probably still would have said no, but mostly because I don’t like three ways, and wouldn’t have wanted to risk messing up good neighbor interaction if it went wrong.

Anyway, that’s the only vaguely interesting naked neighbor story I have.
