The censorship on reddit sickened me. I felt like I was being brainwashed scrolling through the feed. One day I just couldn’t tolerate it any longer and like that I was free

They should just make prioritize making the information and features from the app available on a website that works on all platforms. There’s no reason getting kicked out of the app store should be anything but a speed bump

Audacity UI has looked basically the same since the first time I used the app in 2006

I don’t understand why English speaker’s imaginary fears of being “shit talked” outweigh the comfort of a Spanish speaker using their mother tongue? I don’t understand how English speakers having anxiety translates into Spanish speakers being rude? It sounds like a personal psychological problem certain English speakers project onto people who speak other language; if it’s not prejudice I’m having trouble seeing the difference

The happy medium would be Fedora KDE

I was in school in the late 90’s through the Bush years, two different public school systems in the Atlanta metro. All classrooms had a landline phone, the office would call in sometimes or we could call them. There was also a two way intercom and the office would spy on you or just become a voice in the sky

I got three 2012 MacBook Pros I run different operating systems on. They handle Linux great, even the little 13" one with the i5 and no GPU/dedicated VRAM

Find me anyone living next to a giant gas station that doesn’t think it sucks

I live walking distance to the best queer bar in the south, you can find me there many nights after midnight. Plenty of clubs, dancing, house music. I just be roaming the night looking for pretty lights and thumping music. Perks of living in a major city

My reaction: this is weak and scared. Fortune favors the bold; I’m not letting a guy who shits his pants intimidate me out of my home. My wife was tortured under the first Trump administration, trans in the military shit, and she got paid out winning that fight. Right now she’s in the federal government and they can’t fire her. My brother is too, they said him and his cohort would be fired in less than one day and it’s been months and they are all still there waiting.
Sometimes you have to get rocked in the face really hard a few times in order to position yourself to make a winning move in a fight. America is the blue print for Nazism, we were born out of chattel slavery and genocide, all these systems being destroyed were basically irredeemable to begin with. We’re not descending into fascism, we’re waking up to the reality that we’ve already been fascist for a long time.
Trump bankrupts casinos and always screws over everyone he works with. Is he a fascist who scares me? No, it’s a hilarious godsend my idealogical enemies made him their standard bearer. W Bush, that’s a fascist that scares me. He set the stage for a real dictatorial takeover of our county and then Leeroy Jenkins Trump drives straight into a wall and wrecks their shit. He backs up and now he’s ramming into the wall again
Trump has to put on a show of force quickly at the start of his term because in another six or nine months it’s going to be incredibly obvious he is an impotent lame duck

In the fall of 2006 my friend in high school (shout-out to treyx.net) donated to the Ubuntu people and they sent him a stack of Ubuntu live CDs, must have been 5.10 or 6.06. I remember being so excited when I got it up and running on my computer

You should go take another look at what type of bricks Cobi makes. They’re like Lego

I love dancing and vibing to good music until sunrise. 19hz shows me electronic music event listings all over the US and Canada. I love using it at home but I really love using it when I travel. If I wanna get out and have fun in city I’m not familiar with it’s my first stop
