Disallow it.
It might be interesting to hear what average music sounds like, but only once.
It is a great exercise to test your media literacy. That you can’t even trust cute cat videos and art really does suck though.
guess that makes me a boomer :)
graffiti is cool though :(
found a lot of cool projects and organizations through stickers. i prefer it over a big bright televisions plastering the city trying to sell you unhealthy things.
let me cook. :)
will be posting it on here.
I was meaning to buy a bunch of sticker for all sort of cool stuff I support (lemmy/fedi being one of those things) and stick it around the city. Know its not much, but its fun! :)
I really like Reddit as a resource for niche topics. Would like to participate but it doesn’t feel sustainable to do so on a privately owned platform.
Lemmy has it own problems regarding this like instances shutting off. Maybe it’s not really made for this. Regardless i have stayed because of the conversation and human interactions.

1·11 days agoMaybe not really answering the question, but what goes against using an HDMI cable? It would “be something simple, that is easy to maintain, as the presentations change daily.”
Assuming you all have laptops ofc.

The Dipytyx looks also great, to make your decision more difficult I will inform you now that the Open Book Touch will be a thing.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•When/how frequently do you replace your phone with a new one?English
6·13 days agoCurrent phone is from 2019 (iPhone 11 Pro) so 6 years and counting, but im getting real jealous of Android users as all the cool FOSS stuff gets released there first or exclusive . Wont be buying a new one until it breaks though. Honestly its a miracle how well it still works, I did swap out most apps with FOSS alternatives though and I do notice the difference when i compare it to an iPhone 15 running Instagram and other spyware in terms of battery life and overall performance. Liquid ass, 120hz, 5G and other stuff doesn’t help either.

12·18 days agoI do not use MacOS anymore but when I did I have bought Pixelmator, it’s really good. Atleast when I have used it, the company behind it was bought by Apple since then.
Wish there would be something similar for Linux :( Gimp is like the opposite of intuitive.

f4mi made a video about them last year. never knew they were a thing.
