I cannot reply to everyone, but genuinely thank you all so much for the help. I’ll be going with a simplistic zola setup suggested by one of the commentors. I barely expected a handful, let alone all these comments. It really means a lot, especially to a noob who felt like this was a really dumb question.
Thank you for the advice. Honestly, I’m a young 20 something that just wants to output creative stuff for people to read and enjoy. None of this really popped in my head, so thanks.

I only have 1080p atm, but was planning on upgrading my monitor. I’m still debating on what to do really. My mobo is already future proof, and I have 32 gigs of RAM. I saw an open box 6700 XT going around 250, so tbh I might just wait for the gen after this one or something before I upgrade the monitor and get a new GPU. Only issue is that I want to go SFF, so I wonder if the next gen would even fit in this thing. The Terra can fit up to 320 mm, but it still scares me.
Minor ramble aside, thanks for the advice. This actually helped me the most.
Edit: Yeah these things are going for like 200 on the secondhand market. Ez pick.
Yeah, but the price difference is so negligible that I might as well go with the 7800XT at that point.

Kobo devices are the way to go. Easy sideloading, multiple FOSS operating system alternatives, and generally they’ve got some nice n’ cheap options.
A terminal client for browsing and using Reddit. You could post, reply, search, etc. etc.
It’s still crazy to see this man working on this all these years later. Even if I have very little interest in the project now, kudos to him for doing this as a one man band. Something like this takes crazy dedication and love.
