anyone know the original artist/name of portrait?
keep fighting the good fight. it’s worth it.
i’ve had more friends ask me about lemmy and peertube bc of stuff i share, which is good because that means they’re noticing. no one in my friend group is “into privacy”, but sometimes i like to ask them questions like “what will it take for you to switch from (big tech service) to something else?” & let the discussion flow from there.
since they aren’t “into privacy”, they’re not aware of how their habits feed the big tech beast, which in turn feeds all these terrible agendas. an example is how they’re against the ICE raids and say things like ACAB, yet they use Ring cameras.
recently, i’ve had a few friends ask me for alternatives to (big tech service), and one of them even asking for help degoogling!
it definitely gets hard when you feel like your advocacy has fallen on deaf ears or whatever, but all we can do is lead by example. stay the course <3
fuck this, start doxxing them all.
very surprising he didn’t use any slurs this time. well, on tape at least.

this is one reason i am mulling over selling my vehicle. too many license plate readers in my area. my recent insurance company also wanted me to install a beacon in the vehicle and allow their app to always allow access to my location, in exchange for a discounted rate. GTFOH. it was quite pleasing to smash that beacon with a hammer though.
tldr; Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans who were previously temporarily shielded from deportation will be emailed notices telling them to go.

can confirm, this is for a chain guard. if you are going to remove a crankset/arms, it is best to use a proper crankset removal tool. the last thing you want is to fuck up your crank arm or bottom bracket and have a malfunction during a critical moment aka any moment you are on a bicycle. i had a friend’s crank arm strip as he was riding into a 4-way intersection. scary times.
anyway, never hurts to invest in proper tools for your bicycle. if that’s not viable, take it to a local bike shop & ask for help. they might do it for cheap or even for free, since it is causing a safety issue, or you can just get a new chain guard.
