Back when I ate meat:

• 1lb cooked ground meat
• Whatever pasta shape you like
• Season with lemon pepper
• put in as much pasta and ground beef as you want in a bowl, season with lemon pepper

Now that I don’t eat meat:

• Can of pinto beans, sometimes I buy the seasoned ones
• can of diced tomatoes
• cooked rice
• I cook the beans and tomatoes together with both juices (I’ve done this replacing beans with a can of lentils)

Not only would wearing a N95 or KN95 protect you and your community from airborne viruses like covid, the flu, RSV, and measles, it will obscure your identity.
