Fish, I want it to be fresh so I’ll just microwave it here at the office right before lunch.

Yes. I switched to vaping after smoking a pack a day for ten years. Then in about a year I was able to winnow my usage down and quit vaping too.
I had tried many times to quit before that. Have not smoked in 13 years now and after about 8 years I stopped liking the smell.
Was that their expectation of you, or just a common religious interpretation?
I know plenty of people who use the term and have no care for the religious history of it.
He’s kind of right though, if you’re interested in understanding the flaw of your approach here you might try to read up on “The fallacy of composition” which is the fundamental logical flaw you’re sitting on at the moment that the responder is taking issue with, albeit impolitely.
This is constantly where my headspace is for any public statements by people, companies, or politicians.
I don’t judge people by their words, I judge them by their actions, and that makes the world make so much more sense.
You know… as common as it is to label and group and classify people online, I just don’t think that generally works the vast majority of the time.
Insurance companies don’t bill people as adults until 26 because our brains don’t finish developing fully until then and we make poorer choices in a statistically significant way until then.
So while the legal age of adulthood is often late teens to early twenties, the reality is you still probably act young in a way that older people pick up on.
When I was 21 I felt like I was an adult. But I wasn’t even finished growing, and looking back from 40 I was young and dumb and it was obvious to everyone but me.
That’s pretty neat, but photosynthesis separates that bond without using heat right?
I could not make sense of the post title, so I clicked in to get the actual title.
“Olivia Wilde Sees Social Media as a Danger for Film as Art: ‘I Don’t Make Movies So People Love Them’”
I went to kbin.social during the Reddit api exodus, and when that fell apart I had seen enough of lemmy through federated content to know that was where to go.
I was assuming that there is a mile long massive rod bored into the side of that mountain, and it’s actually mounted to that.
Lol, stable diffusion has rendered something that appears quite unstable!
What is a bullet ballot/vote?
I’m honestly kinda suspecting this is more likely someone that’s upset about the election and fear mongering than it is someone who genuinely supports these positions.
This just feels like someone trying to make a point by trying to make the worst version of their enemies feel more real.
What about “gets my coffee from the free machine in the break room at work”?
While I have close to zero trust in MSFT and event much dislike a lot of m365, teams isn’t actually that bad and loop is really good.
You are so sure I’m some strawman that you’ve imagined or been conditioned to identify you’re attacking someone who is an ally, and you should reflect on that.
Completely obvious context…
More friendly fire. I did vote against the fascists. And you continuing to laud blame on everyone else instead of introspecting on how you can make “not fascism” a more attractive message only hurts the cause.
You’re doing harm instead of good. That’s the point.
Wow what a glow up, that was a lot of work!
