I’ve seen a DARPA funded working information-based energy storage device - pretty much Maxwell’s daemon that just remembers where things are

Got a link for this?

At the same time I’d like to remind folks that not all Jewish people subscribe to Zionism.

Further to this, the majority of zionists are christians.

It’s not just you. Any time they touch on politics/economics they just regurgitate hegemonic propaganda.

I’m no expert, but I’d imagine figuring out a (safe) way to use it with your water heater would be the low-hanging fruit, in terms of least-complexity for the amount of grid consumption you’d potentially save.

Ask 'em!

Why “thankfully”? Fuck Biden.

Boycott HP: https://bdsmovement.net/boycott-hp

HP-branded corporations play key roles in Israel’s oppression of Palestinians. They are complicit in Israel’s occupation, settler-colonialism and apartheid regime. They provide computer hardware to the Israeli army and maintain data centers through their servers for the Israeli police. They provide the Itanium servers to operate the Aviv System, the computerized database of Israel’s Population and Immigration Authority. This forms the backbone of Israel’s racial segregation and apartheid.

Thanks!

give srsly wrong a listen

Can you recommend an episode or two to start with? Something representative of their typical quality, format, and tone? Preferably recent, too?

(Sorry if this is a bit of a weird request. I just like to know I’m giving a podcast a fair go, without having to listen to, like, 5 episodes to figure out what it’s usually like. 😆)

An aside, but you should consider crossposting this to !anarchism101@lemmy.ca - it could use the posts!

EDIT: It could use more subscribers, too, of course!

Seconding this.

AFAQ gives overviews on topics with a lot of quoting from books and essays. It often notes that a book is ‘essential reading’ for a certain topic.

So it’s not only an informative read in itself, it’s a great source for people looking for reading recommendations.
