Don’t bother with the propaganda, Europe is the best place to live in, we are happiest and healthiest population. US is nothing but a European colony in Native American land with hybris. We had fascism here 100 years ago, US is just now starting to explore it. Democracy can be simple populism if the population is uneducated, thats what Europeans concluded 2000 years ago in Greece.

30·2 months agoGreat decision Bandcamp, I use Bandcamp to support musicians
it is not as nice as it seems. Those tools are often dirty, perhaps oily, heavy, needs charging etc. You probably need a 24V machine to rotate the hand grinder for espresso and you still need to fixate the hand grinder, very messy and akward experience
Ok my hand grinder has the same
I have the same Moka pot but with the 1Zpresso JX Pro hand grinder, works great at 20 ticks setting. Just takes some time and akward effort. After a few years I bought a electric grinder and it takes just a few seconds and no awkwardness. Hand grinders are fine for brew / pour over / french press I think because it takes not much effort and time to grind. For espresso you will almost start to sweat. For turkish it is a aerorobics pass

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Is there a browser which runs Lisp instead of JavaScript?
8·3 months agoIf it was it would be useless since almost 100% does not support it. Big US corporations are setting the standards based on their business requirements and they don’t care about what people think. The web today is almost fully controlled by US oligoarchs

Thanks for the tip, will check it out. The only things that bugs me it that there source code is only on Microsoft Github service, just self-host forgejo like sane FOSS projects do
