That still didn’t work. The launcher is able to see the drive I want to install to but it’s improperly reading the disk size, it says there’s 15gigs available when there’s 300. I’ve triple checked that it’s the right drive. In fact none of my drives have only 15gigs available. But anyway, I found a solution. I have an external drive that’s NTFS and its installing to that.
I added the exact folder I want to install the game to in flatseal, it did not fix the issue. The problem is the installation process takes place inside the hoyolab launcher, not heroic. It still shows I don’t have enough space on my second drive and I still can’t install the launcher outside the C: drive.
I just tries heroic and I have the same problem, the hoyoplay launcher won’t install to a drive that isn’t C: so I went ahead and installed the launcher to my OS drive, selected my secondary drive to install the game to and its giving me the same error. It says there’s only 15 gigs available when there’s actually 300
Is heroic better than lutris? I’ve had issues with lutris and that’s why I’ve been using steam instead.
Found it, thanks!
That’s a good idea. For some reason I didn’t even think to go to guitar center. Thanks!
I got an error with the link you sent
The eargasms look good also, ill compare them to the earasers and see which ones fit my needs best.
That’s what I was thinking. I know custom molds are the best, but with how little I go it seems unnecessary. The eargasms that someone else mentioned look pretty good.
That’s what my friend said also, but he also said that I have to make an appointment with an audiologist to get them properly fit and that seems like it would be really expensive. Ive seen custom molds that you do at home. Are those suitable?
And another thing that I forgot to mention is that I’m not a huge concert goer. I maybe see 1 per year.
This worked. My first install of mangohud was through the git hub instructions. But when I installed it through my package manager, it works in steam now. Thanks
So then how would I use it in lutris and steam?
That seems to have worked. Tbf, your original comment displayed as “pactl load-module module-switch-on-connect” Which indicates 2 seperate commands.
“Pactl load-module” outputs “you have to specify a module name and arguments.”
I duck go’d that command and it seems like it’s for pulseaudio. The latest mint release uses pipewire for the audio server. Is the command different for that?
It says “no valid command specified”
Oh that is interesting. I had seen that used before but didn’t know what it was lol.
The latest version of mint (22) is using pipewire now.
I’m on Linux mint 22 and my audio outputs don’t change automatically. When I plug in USB headphones, audio won’t output to them unless I manually change it in settings.
Also, why can’t I interact with the panel applets (on the right side) while I’m in game? For example: I’m playing a game, I plug in my headphones, I have to manually change the audio output so I hit the “windows” key to bring up the panel, but I can’t interact with any of the applets on the right side of the panel (I can’t select the audio icon and change settings from there). I have to search audio settings in the panel then alt tab to it. It’s really cumbersome
I was wondering if it is the drive letter it doesn’t like. But I did install it to that same drive before, so I’m thinking they changed something in their launcher? Idk, I dont have the energy to keep messing with it lol
