America has legalized theft if it’s the police doing the taking. Look up civil forfeiture. You turn over money to cops, they’ll just say they “think” it was involved in crime and pocket it.

You can do the same for Target. I’ve also used these types of refunds to make a partial payment on some of my utility bills.

But if you’d clicked through they give you an image of a credit card that doesn’t need the app. I used it to buy a gift card from a store I regularly use that way it doesn’t expire or accumulate BS fees.
