When Nixon was pardoned. That was the pebble that started this particular avalanche.
Edit: That’s my opinion. I said it like a fact but I don’t think that’s something provable.
Methuselah neophyte

As a millennial male who did not vote for Trump, supports the rights of people, and generally is a good person to those around me - men are generally terrible. I kinda think that, if you can’t recognize this truth, you aren’t as good a person as you think.

That’s it, exactly. After weeks of trying to get a (former) friend to agree that the killing of Tamir Rice was unjustified murder, he finally admitted that killing a child playing in a park was a bad thing.
The very next day he was back on his Back The Blue/Superpredators bullshit. It was flabbergasting.

Absolutely. The current copyright system is terrible but an AI replacement of creators is worse.

If they can just steal a creator’s work, how do they suppose creators will be able to afford continuing to be creators?
Right. They think we have enough original works that the machines can just make any new creations.
😠

I don’t really read so much as skim, skipping the filler words. So, what I read is “Did you notice second title post?”
I’m don’t recommend reading this way because I miss important details frequently.

Between 33% and 38% of Americans shouldn’t be allowed to make decisions because they are incompetent or vile. That’s how many have never wavered in their support of Trump.
But I am shocked here at the extra 12+% who aren’t outraged by what’s happening now. Is that the 11% of Libertarians? (https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2014/08/25/in-search-of-libertarians/)

You sound like Hillary Clinton talking about being pragmatic (while completely missing the point.) Like people who complain about protesters blocking roads because it inconveniences their commute. Maybe that’s your intent or maybe you don’t understand that civility can be a form of oppression?

When this happened it was pretty clear (to me, I was at least) that Delta didn’t have an actual BCP. This is their CYA lawsuit and should be throw out - their negligence predates CloudStrike’s incompetence.

Not even caffeine?

I like all the extra information. What I’d really like is for the subtitles to be in sync with the audio. Comedy is spoiled when the whole build up AND punch-line show up together 15 seconds early.

I would be surprised if it is his because the username does not have an ‘X’ in it. Everything else seems plausible.

Chaotic evil is more showy but that doesn’t mean that lawful evil isn’t also evil.

This is exactly what my first thought was. If Pelosi and AOC are agreeing on something, the other side is being really really stupid.

A whole lotta chaos over the next four or five years ending in a messy divorce. Nothing about it was healthy. And yet, somehow I think I was actually on a worse trajectory before this.

Lasse Collin is not the perpetrator, that would be “Jia Tan”.

"The raid may be linked to a possible sex traffic investigation, another source familiar with the matter told NBC News. The source added three Jane Does and one John Doe have been interviewed by the Southern District of New York in relation to sex trafficking, sexual assault, the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms related Combs.
The source also said another three Jane Does have interviews scheduled"
And they’d be mad about inheriting my poor vision.
