Step 3: Paint said country as the aggressor to all your satellites and convince your satellites that they are threatened by said country

Step 4: Use sabotage to disrupt or sever trade between your satellites and said country to further remove any reason for your satellites to retain friendly relations with said country

Step 5: Prod your satellites into expending all their military assets against said country until they have nothing left for even basic self-defense.

Step 6: Market your military hardware to your satellites.

Step 7: ???

Step 8: Profit.

Even if they did, the primary isn’t issue willingness but physical fitness.

You don’t dictate countries that are already doing everything you want them to do, yeah no shit.

Not to mention that Iran has an actual air defense system that they have invested rather heavily into unlike all the other countries the US bombed. Old school carpet bombing is off the table as flying expensive aircraft over Iran is simply too much risk for too little gain. Missile strikes would also be complicated by having travel to longer distances then in Ukraine/Russia, requiring more expensive longer range missiles that could be shot down more easily.
