I still don’t understand why there is some people who refer to two interchangeably.

The same reason there are people who call anything anti-Zionist “anti-semitic”. Take that as you will, but to me it is a means to scare and silence people.

This kind of policy is not about influencing people who are already addicted, it is about trying to prevent anyone new from getting addicted and eventually putting the entire thing in the rear view.

I don’t follow hockey much the last 15-20 years or so - but the only people I heard about skipping out on pride stuff were fundamentalist Christian Americans (fml, the Staal’s are Canadian)! Not to say others didn’t do it - just it didn’t make big enough waves to hit the ‘non-sports news’ I watch.
