3·3 months agoWithout flaws, a doctrine of fairness for all, murder being a sin, and an overwhelming emphasis on compassion, cooperation, loving thy neighbour and turning the other cheek wouldn’t be the disease modern religion is. It would be a codification of human values.
Which 4? I’m not doubting just checking sources as I hadn’t heard about them.
20·3 months agoWhat’s your discovery means now? How do you get exposed to things not currently in your wheelhouse? And once you find that thing, how do you integrate that into your library for listening on an often enough basis?
I find that I binge explore, grab 12 new artists like an old mix CD and see what sticks, but then feel like a hoarder when it sits unplayed in my library for a year.

She doesn’t give a shit about true evils in the world, not about some malific dark figure wreaking death on innocence to make “inferior” people bow in fear. She only cares about making the lives of young people born different to her strict worldview as abysmal and horrible as possible. She should read this book about a boy born different to his peers who embraces it and eventually overthrows true evil and terror… oh wait.
