Agreed, I’ve had a lot of fun watching this series, including season 4. I can understand why some people don’t like it, but I really appreciate the silliness with this series.
Same! I like the silly! The musical ep was amazing. The party planet was fun! It’s the closest thing we’ve had to TOS since S1 TNG. And by far the best live action Trek since TNG. Don’t fucking let them turn it in to another Discovery or 90210 in space!

I agree. Silly / stupid stuff had an awesome place to live (Lower Decks), always landed poorly for me in SNW. The show lost me early season 3.
Look I thought SNW was pretty good in the first 2 seasons, but whatever 3 and 4 have been is not what I’d call a ‘winning’ formula.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan, not a hater. I don’t hate-watch TV. I’m here to have a good time and I’m gonna have a good time.
But I miss “normal” episodes. Almost every episode in season 3 was “SNW does _____”. Either a spoof or a remake. It’s great to do that once or twice. They could easily get away with that many in a traditional 26-episode season. But when you only have 10 episodes you need more focus.
Shame to see they’re ending the best of the live action Trek shows in the new lot, but here’s hoping someone decent picks it up and we get a return to form for Star Trek.

Completely agree. The closest they came to a decent episode was the kirk-centred TOS-themed episode. Foolishly, I thought that they’d pulled out of the nosedive… but we had more fairytale nonsense and space baby.
Being physically unable to watch something seems like a medical concern. Might be worth looking into.
