I will buy some new beans soon. Not sure what to get. I know it won’t being any of the coferments nor any of the robusto but the others are all possibilities .
That’s a really cool way to show different options, I wish more roasters would do a sheet like that.
I went with 500g each of #17 plus a natural process moka and a natural process THA1 not shown on this sheet. Then just 250g of #34 Excelsa.
Funny, #17 was what I probably would’ve gotten too.

I am letting them rest for a bit since they are only one week off of roast. When I get to these, I will likely start with the far right bag, a THA1 bean with anaerobic natural processing.
That being said, I found this and bought it immediately because I have been chasing bergamot notes. It will be the next bag I open.
Of my local roasters this is the only one with such a description page. The rest all make you slog through individual pages of lengthy prose.
Yeah, the latter sounds like everything near me. It would be nice to see the former though for sure.
