It is so difficult to find modern electronics without telemetry and ads. Smartphones, laptops, TVs, home routers, security cameras, cars, game consoles, e-readers, projectors, 3D printers, fitness trackers, speakers, and even some printers. Why can’t customers be free from this data collection and advertising? It’s not that we don’t care about it. There simply aren’t many alternatives, and the few that do exist are either more expensive or offer fewer features. Seriously, we need a list of products we can buy without worrying about telemetry or advertising.

Something I’d suggest is to keep a list people can suggest products to, and make a post for each of your finds, the post itself pointing to the list. It would be pretty much just you feeding the list in the beginning, but with enough patience, and a healthy influx of posts (no spam but also no overly sporadic posts), people should start joining in the discussion.
Also as I sent the reply, I remembered something, if posting here in the fediverse, maybe worth making a community just for that, or finding an already existing one. While intent would be legitimate, these posts could be seen as spam in more general communities for being a type of ad.
Buying “dumb” products is probably the easiest solution to this problem.
Smartphone - Pixel with GrapheneOS or wait for a Moto with GrapheneOS.
Laptop - Used Thinkpad and install Linux.
Cars - Buy old and used or remove the cell antenna.
Fitness Trackers - GadgetBridge can be flashed onto some trackers. There could be other OSs.
Speakers - wired, I have a small pair for my laptop. There has got to be larger ones with good sound.
Printers / TVs / 3D Printers - do these not work without a network connection? Not saying they do but maybe an option.
The important thing is that no telemetry or ads come natively with the device, so customers don’t have to worry about it or put extra effort into making it so.
