I have had the aforementioned Eureka Mignon Crono for maybe a year at this point and the issue has existed from day one and keeps tormenting me daily. The noise it makes when grinding coffee beans causes immediate pain and I guess hearing loss over time. I have taken hearing protection into use, but if there’s anything I can do to mitigate the generated noise that would be ofc better.

Have you tried putting it on a rubber mat? The sound could be amplified by whatever surface it is on.
I guess I should try.
My solution would probably be to build an insulated box to dampen the noise.
The more aesthetically pleasing way to do it would be to get the silent version: https://www.eureka.co.it/en/products/eureka+1920/prosumer+grinders/silent+range/19/
