I’m not from west Asia. But that’s a really broad and vague thing to ask. Might want to be more specific. Might help get someone that can answer whatever it is you need.
Just want to connect with those in middle east.

Edit: why you called it west Asia? Some middle Eastern like that term, but I never saw a none middle eastern use that term
Why is the cure for your loneliness a middle eastern person specifically?
I want to connect with middle Eastern who has autism because we might share more things in common.

Same reason I call East Asia “East Asia”. The world is a sphere. West and East are useless unless they are relative to something else. “Middle East” comes from being east of Europe. But we’re not living under British Imperialism anymore.
I’m not gonna shun people that use the term though. Because I don’t think it’s being used purposely by the average person, like yourself, to label the world relative to Europe. Its just a leftover term in English from a world that was centered around the British Empire.
I just say “West Asia” because it’s more accurate and precise. Especially when I’m on the internet trying to speak to people from different parts of the world.
