MS outloook setting up an IMAP account send/receive not updating

So, to clarify, I’m trying to help my dad, who got a new laptop, the MS outlook on the laptop is not updating his email account, and he can’t find the send/receive settings. (version 1.2023.1204.100, client version 20231208004.09)

It’s not in the place it used to be on older versions… any one know where I can point him to?
