I’ll probably be underwater on my house when it all collapses, seeing as I bought 3 years ago. But hopefully it’ll help some other actual human beings.
Won’t happen anytime soon, real estate market isn’t crashing before the general economy collapses. Once the stock market gets hit money will naturally flow into the real estate market. There is no other safe place to store money, bond markets fucked, crypto over valued, precious metals over valued, foreign markets are in just as much if not more trouble too.
Hang on to that mortgage as hard as you can, because when Warsh causes hyperinflation that will be your payday.
