The ‘special edition’ includes the original ‘Star Wars’ medley, plus:

  • ‘The Empire Strikes Back’ medley
  • ‘Ewok Celebration’ / ‘Lapti Nek’ single
  • ‘Duel of the Fates’ and ‘Augie’s Municipal Band’, seemingly from the ‘Dance Your Asteroids Off: The Complete Star Wars Collection’ compilation

The ‘other galactic funk’ medley is actually missing from this release, but it’s not quite as captivating anyway.

I can’t find this release on Discogs — it’s possible that it was cobbled together from different vinyls by the YouTube uploader.

After the original ‘Star Wars’ medley, Meco recorded other covers of film soundtracks, in similar styles: including ‘Encounters of Every Kind’ and ‘Meco Plays The Wizard of Oz’.
