It’s not about scared, it’s about sometimes I’m using my phone in a public bus, sometimes I’m scrolling through in college, other times I’m in the living room with my family, being blurred when it’s nsfw help tune down the unecessary comments and explanations to anyone who happens to take a peak, it’ll be troublesome if one of my teachers seen me looking at some porn in when I show them an app I’ve built on my phone for example or in any scenario that may happen, so it’s more of a measure of a mental safety than a scare, even though deep down they all somehow know I’m that type who does love kinky shit, it’s just always better to keep it in their imagination only and not give them proof that they’re correct, also may cause trouble at work for some people like that HR type of trouble, that’s why it’s called Not Safe For Work.

Not Safe For… And here’s the key one… Work. You don’t want your boss to catch you looking at gore or porn while at work, so you can skip over it safely.

In many workplaces, your computer use is monitored. Looking at naked people on company time using company hardware is frowned upon and could result in disciplinary action.

Thus the tag “Not Safe For Work”.

It’s not about being scared. It’s about respecting others. They might not want to see same the things than you do.
