Almost all boycotts are politically motivated. This seems like a direct infringement on peaceful protest.

I thought Citizens United established money as speech. Is this a First Amendment violation? Or is the government interfering in the free market?

Well, at least they are making it illegal to burn the American flag in America. It was weird when the only flag that was illegal to burn in America was the flag of Israel.
