Unlikely, but impossible to verify. You can’t know for sure unless someone goes around looking at lots of observations/data to see if they’re correlated.

I suspect these 2 factors aren’t related closely at all, but some things that contribute to beauty could contribute to a “pretty” butthole too i.e. clear skin, uniform complexion, less marks on the skin (blemishes, skin tags, etc).

I don’t think there will be any correlation for fat/skinny people. I remember reading somewhere that its very difficult to tell about “looseness” even for people who use quite large anal toys. Even after use of large toys, the main difference will be of how fast the recoil is when the toy is removed. Someone may have given themselves haemarrhoids with the trauma though. Outside of this, I suspect all conversations around “looseness” are a variation of slut-shaming. Body tissue is elastic and healing, the idea of being “loosened” or “used up” is almost always overblown and disguised moral policing.
