    The laws cited are for particular situations which like it or not does not have the designations to be enforced. This is not a case of blatantly ignoring law.

      The same laws were applied to Colombia, Mexico and Cambodia in the past… You are entitled to your own opinion, but facts doesn’t support that postion.
