We have pictures of We’Wha for example. I’m Choctaw ish, wasn’t raised in it but there’s conceptions of third genders in Choctaw and Chickasaw cultures.
They have their own transgender called two-spirit so they’d be fine with it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
