Just kidding, I have it so all of my shit work now so I don’t have to. For example, I needed to write a compelling email celebrating international women’s day for a client (a man) to send to the team. I was so angry I wasn’t able to draft anything good. Copilot to the rescue! It spit something out with enough jargon to be compelling to any middle manager. The client sent it without edits.

I don’t have exceptional intelligence, but I do think we are living in Idiocracy.

Exactly my thoughts on bullet 2. Is the task force working on other high priority items? Is the city’s shit so not together they cannot produce a single list of all properties they own in a week? This is the kind of thing that will fuel anti-Mamdani sentiment.

I totally agree with the no billionaire concept - but I don’t even think that is the point of contention. I hate that we have been spinning on this for a decade. The real issue his HOW we do it from both a strategic and execution perspective

Do you implement changes slowly to minimize resistance? Do you do a lot at once to ensure changes don’t stall? Do we have an income tax? How do we tax non-liquid assets? What if those assets are held outside the US? And so on…

Most people don’t want billionaires. Let’s shift the discussion so that is the assumption we are starting with - and now we just have to implement.

It’s like 1 of 2 days where the whole country shuts down. Even if a person doesn’t celebrate, they shouldn’t have to work (actually that makes it like so much worse to make the non-celebrator work on the holiday).

Well let’s see if we can motivate this guy into getting back into to pizzagate. He’s right that neither side will be happy - and that’s cause there are gross people in power from the full political spectrum and across many kinds of busineses. But this may be an issue where politics should be fully set aside.
