What did it do?

Yeah, I’ve lived basically my whole life going from commie block to commie block and I have never had problems with hearing the neighbours. Only in one of them where the bathroom was kind of unfinished so I could hear the neighbour from 3rd floor playing their piano (idk how the hell they got it in there), but none other than that.

In the picture it seems like the toilet is separated (between bathroom and kitchen) and the washing machine is in the bathroom (behind the wall closest to the “camera”).

Maybe if they get enough complaints, they’ll improve the streets?

Like sound dampening asphalt (for tyre noise).
