It started as just my job but after doing it for so long I realized I loved it.

The worst part about wanting to give these stories the benefit of the doubt is there are just as many stories like these where the person is actually just that stupid.

Like the guy who sued Winnebago because he wrecked his rv while driving it on the highway with cruise control on and got up to make himself coffee. Iirc he won the lawsuit because the owners manual didn’t say cruise control is not autopilot.

Yeah but that’s like the only real downside. The instinctual fear of bugs is really the only negative side effect of having them since most people don’t have reactions to the bites

Every source I’ve read including the quick Google search I just did says that 50-70% of humans show no reaction to bed bug bites unless the infestation reaches a certain threshold.

This is how I feel about bed bugs. Most humans have no reaction to bed bug bites so from everything I understand the only downside to having bed bugs is having bed bugs.

I’m not saying I don’t think bed bugs are gross and as someone who’s had them before would never wish them on anyone but the most annoying part of them is the effort required to get rid of them.

Every word that was used to refer to someone with some form of mental difference has been turned into an insult. At a certain point you need to just get over it.

Dumb, idiot, imbecile, slow, retard, etc were all originally used to refer to people with legitimate mental health issues and have been turned into insults and are now considered rude to say.

It doesn’t matter what word you come up with to try to “fix” this is going to happen.

I’ll suddenly become completely calm. Almost fully numb. I’ll be in the middle of bitching about the situation and the next second I’m just standing there emotionless. That’s my cue to leave whatever situation I’m in as soon as possible because if one more thing goes wrong I’m gonna start throwing chairs.

I just hate it when I find a new song that sounds like a tragic story of the loss of a loved one just to find out it’s actually about their love for god.

Canned foods are extremely cheap and last for a very long time. Wear multiple layers when it’s cold, don’t turn on the heat unless you’ll damn near die without it. Buy the cheapest sundries regardless of your preferences. Don’t buy name brand items unless they’re the only ones available. Use coupons as much as possible.
