This is the second story/country like this I’ve read about recently doing this same thing. I can’t tell if it’s supposed to be a political signal or if these countries are anticipating some kind of breakdown in their ability to access the gold if it remains in the US. Do they think we wouldn’t give it up? Do they expect there will be war on this continent? Do they fear Trump will plunder it? It’s a somewhat unsettling consideration.
This has been known for years already.

I’m convinced by George Monbiot’s argument that it’s actually something more than genocide; it’s “Holocide.” It’s the complete destruction of every aspect of life within a targeted region. They’re destroying people, habitat, ruining water sources, spraying herbicides, destroying the soil. It’s all-encompassing. Im convinced it’s pure evil.
Lifting weights/strength training is proven to reduce anxiety. You can start with pushups and squats until you get some dumbbells. It really does help.
