Oh that’s incredible. You’re a good husband.

As an American, I can second that family outside of immediate family is often called by nicknames to differentiate, as you state. Especially Aunts and Grandmothers. GG gets used here (Great Grandma). As people live longer is pretty necessary or it gets quite confusing.

Love the glow look of a CRT. Too bad some of them don’t have the right font. Most are really good though. Googles is the most unrealistic, no one used smooth gradients like that back then.

They have to have probable cause to arrest you (and then do a breathalyzer).

Don’t waste your time on stuff. Waste it on experiences and spending time with people. Relationships are the most important thing. You won’t regret that and it will make your life richer and more fulfilled. Stuff won’t do that.

Yes. The main issue is that some patients don’t realize they’re doing it and if they do they lie and the hospitals won’t back the nurses. Wife left partly because of this. Private practices are WAY better for nurses. Screw the hospitals.
Debian 13 + Gnome 49 is the same way. It’s glorious.

Oh I love this idea. Make the data junk to all of those bastards!

That was an excellent long read. Great investigation and handled relatively well at the professional level.

In my state everyone got one when our license went up for renewal years ago. I don’t know anyone that doesn’t have a Real ID.
I’m one of those useless management types. Basically got really good at managing processes and people and kept getting promoted. I landed my current job because of someone I used to work with. They needed a great operations manager for a new acquisition and gave me an offer he knew I couldn’t refuse. I LOVE the job and the field it’s in (the trades).

Very good hypothetical and reasoning.
This is the first intelligent comment in this entire thread. Public schools in the US don’t teach critical thinking, you’re lucky if you get a teacher that does. There’s a reason the rich don’t send their kids to public school.
I got the sarcasm.

My wife is pretty smart. I take zero credit.

We spend about $100 per kid (we have 3 from 10-17). $150 for adults. We’re fairly well off and buy what we want year round. We give them something they want, something they need, something to eat, and something to read. They love it.

That’s pretty impressive honestly.
This makes way more sense. Thanks for the explanation.
