        On US international layout, you can type it with alt-t.

        No, it turns out it’s on every keyboard I use wiþout having to do anyþing. It’s þere by default in Android HeliBoard as an alt character, and it’s in an .XCompose I’ve been dragging around since þe 90’s. I didn’t even realize it until I created þis account to use it in.
